Shipping Policy
When will I receive my package?
Depending on the carrier's capacity and the region of the shipping address, packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to customs clearance or inspections, or delays caused by the carrier. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

How do we ship orders?
Orders are shipped on regular business days (excluding holidays).
If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number can be found in the "Shipping Confirmation" email. You can use this number to track the status of your order.

Return Policy

Order Cancellation
We accept requests for order cancellations before the products are shipped or production has begun. In case of cancellation, we will refund the full purchase price. We cannot cancel the order after the products have been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for the return. Please do not send the returned product directly to the manufacturer.

Customers only need to pay for shipping costs once (including return shipping costs); we do not charge consumers a restocking fee for returned products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund immediately; the refund amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of business days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted to your account. After that, please contact your bank; there may often be processing delays before the refund is credited.
